WEB REGISTRATION has become indispensible to any registration system. Still, human oversight has to be part of the picture. With the optional PER-WebRegister module you publish your events and registration options to a Web page, which receives registrations and options then processes payment by credit card.

You are alerted to new Web registrations in the main system. These are imported with a button click. Using a three-field match, PER tries to link Web registrations with people for whom you already have records. Where there's no match, a new person record is written. In tests, this has proven better than 95-per-cent accurate. You can also transfer a registration from one person to another after the fact.

The Web registration module captures registration and payment information from the Web page and passes it to the main PER system. Events and the options you want presented to Web registrants are transfered automatically from PER to the Web registration module. In the Web module you can view available events and Web registrations. You can also go to your Web registration page or payment gateway portal without switching to a Web browser. One is already embedded in the system. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: The Web registration module must be run on Filemaker Server Advanced [version 7 or 8] or Filemaker Server 9, with PHP installed. If you do not run one of these configurations, various hosting companies provide this as a service for a monthly fee. This module requires custom set-up. Please contact us for details.
